You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it according to UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that many of our pet food products are perishable.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of food unless there is a confirmed quality issue or manufacturer defect.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong pet food, please contact us immediately at support@usalocalhub.site.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra delivery cost to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
