Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns (Standard Items)

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it according to UK consumer law.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

2. Perishable Goods (Pet Food)

  • Please note that many of our pet food products are perishable.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of food unless there is a confirmed quality issue or manufacturer defect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged product or the wrong pet food, please contact us immediately at support@usalocalhub.site.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra delivery cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
